Detailed summaries and pertinent medical data provided conveniently on CD or pamphlet. As a 1-on-1 MD patient you will be given a Medical Record Micro CD containing your 1-on-1 MD Comprehensive Annual Physical summary, lab results, EKG, and other relevant medical information. Your Micro CD is small enough to fit in your wallet or purse and is accessible via standard CD-ROM drives for use by specialists or emergency personnel. |

24/7 physician contact and direct care access. Dr. Huang will provide you with her cell phone number which will allow you easy access to Dr. Huang for urgent medical problems that occur outside of her regular office hours. |

|
Convenient email access for non‐urgent health issues. If you have a non-urgent health issues, you will receive a prompt response within 24 hours. However, since e-mail may not be secure at times, Dr. Huang advises using discretion when communicating via this medium. |

|
Same or next-day appointments; little or no waiting time. With the exception of your annual exam, this feature is offered even for minor and non-urgent medical problems. |

|
Extended appointment time when needed. Typically, annual exams will be scheduled for 60 minutes or longer if needed and other visits will be based on complexity of the medical issue. |

Strong focus on disease prevention and lifelong wellness. Dr. Huang’s goal is to avoid “one-pill-fit-all” medicine and to focus on individualizing a comprehensive preventive approach for each patient. |

In the current healthcare environment which frequently involves working with specialists and hospitalists, Dr. Huang will be a strong advocate in assuring the continuity of your care. She will communicate and work closely with the attending hospitalists if you are hospitalized. |

Patient services when you need it. Staff members are an important part of your experience with Dr. Huang’s practice. Dr. Huang’s staff has the expertise to assist in advocating on your behalf and will help you navigate through other aspects of the medical community, when necessary. Dr. Huang’s staff will encourage and remind you to schedule this annual physical each year.
